Common use of Multiple addresses Clause in Contracts

Multiple addresses. If Purchaser provides two addresses, and the first address is a bad address and the documents are successfully served at the second address, the Contractor may bill for the successful sere and one unsuccessful serve. If there are two addresses and both addresses are bad, the Contractor may bill the unsuccessful serve rate for each address.
