Multimedia Files Clause Samples
Multimedia Files. You are not permitted to use your Web Hosting Account to distribute or store unusual amounts of graphics, audio, or video files (collectively “Multimedia Files”). If your Customer Account’s disk space usage for storing Multimedia Files exceeds 70% of its total usage, in terms of total size or number of files, NTS may suspend or cancel your Customer Account.
Multimedia Files. Client is not permitted to use the Client Account to distribute or store unusual amounts of graphics, audio, or video files (collectively “Multimedia Files”). If the Client Account’s disk space usage for storing Multimedia Files exceeds 70% of its total usage, in terms of total size or number of files, client will be required to reduce the resources used to an acceptable level, or upgrade to Enterprise Services (including Managed Hosting). If no action is taken within 7 calendar days of notice upon request from Libchalk, Libchalk Hosting may suspend or cancel the Client Account. Client would then be subject to account reinstatement fee as defined in section 2.6 Other Fees to reactivate account.
Multimedia Files. Multimedia files are defined as any graphic, audio or video file. MyDataKnox web hosting accounts do not allow use for the purpose of distributing and storing large amounts of multimedia files. If the amount of such files exceeds 50% of the saved content on the server, such account will be checked and, if necessary, suspended.
