Common use of Multilateral Agreement Clause in Contracts

Multilateral Agreement. If a multilateral agreement concerning air services comes into force in respect of both Parties, the present Agreement shall be deemed to be amended so as to conform with the provisions of that multilateral agreement.

Multilateral Agreement. If a multilateral agreement concerning air services transport comes into force in respect of both Parties, the present this Agreement shall be deemed to be amended so as to conform with the provisions of that multilateral agreement.
