Multi-Unit Buildings. The Tenant(s) are financially responsible, at $30.00 an hour, for the general clean up of trash, cigarette butts and newspapers in the common areas and around the premises regardless whether or not it is the Tenants trash.
Multi-Unit Buildings. Each Unit Owner shall obtain and maintain the insurance coverage required by the Bylaws and may obtain additional insurance at his own expense from the company issuing the Master Policy; provided, however, that no Unit Owner shall be entitled to exercise its right to maintain insurance coverages in such a way as to decrease the amount which the Board of Directors, on behalf of all of the Owners may realize under any insurance policy which the Board of Directors may have in force on the Condominium at any particular time.
