Multi-Class Distribution Arrangements. Intermediary understands and acknowledges that the Funds may offer Shares in multiple classes. Intermediary represents and warrants that it has established compliance procedures designed to ensure (i) that its customers are made aware of the terms of each available class of Shares, (ii) that each customer is offered only Shares that are suitable investments for him or her, and (iii) proper supervision of its representatives in recommending and offering the Shares of multiple classes to its customers.
