MUCITA Sample Clauses

MUCITA. The Maryland Uniform Computer Information Transactions Act (MUCITA), Maryland Code Annotated [Commercial Law] 21-101 through 21-816, does not govern this Agreement, except to the extent that section 21-104(2) of the Act applies. The parties further agree that this Agreement shall be governed by the common law of Maryland relating to written agreements and Maryland statutes other than MUCITA which may apply.
