Common use of MTN Supplement Clause in Contracts

MTN Supplement. On the Effective Date the information in the Prospectus and the Registration Statement relating to the MTN Issuer or the Series 03-3 MTN Certificate did not include any untrue statement of a material fact required to be stated therein or omit to state any material fact necessary to make the statements therein not misleading, and the information in the Prospectus and the Registration Statement relating to the MTN Issuer or the Series 03-3 MTN Certificate will not include on the date of this Agreement and on the Closing Date any untrue statement of a material fact required to be stated therein or omit to state any material fact necessary to make the statements therein not misleading.

On the Effective Date the information in the Prospectus and the Registration Statement relating to the MTN Issuer or the Series 0304-3 1 MTN Certificate did not include any untrue statement of a material fact required to be stated therein or omit to state any material fact necessary to make the statements therein not misleading, and the information in the Prospectus and the Registration Statement relating to the MTN Issuer or the Series 0304-3 1 MTN Certificate will not include on the date of this Agreement and on the Closing Date any untrue statement of a material fact required to be stated therein or omit to state any material fact necessary to make the statements therein not misleading.
