Common use of MTN Supplement Clause in Contracts

MTN Supplement. The obligations of the MTN Issuer under this Agreement and the other MTN Issuer Related Transaction Documents and all the necessary documents for the issue of the Series 04-2 MTN Certificate constitute, and, upon due execution and delivery on behalf of the MTN Issuer, will constitute, general, direct, unsecured, unconditional, unsubordinated and (save in respect of the Series 04-2 MTN Certificate) unsecured obligations of the MTN Issuer which rank and will at all times rank pari passu, without preference or priority, amongst themselves.

MTN Supplement. The obligations of the MTN Issuer under this Agreement and the other MTN Issuer Related Transaction Documents and all the necessary documents for the issue of the Series 0405-2 MTN Certificate constitute, and, upon due execution and delivery on behalf of the MTN Issuer, will constitute, general, direct, unsecured, unconditional, unsubordinated and (save in respect of the Series 0405-2 MTN Certificate) unsecured obligations of the MTN Issuer which rank and will at all times rank pari passu, without preference or priority, amongst themselves.

The obligations of the MTN Issuer under this Agreement and the other MTN Issuer Related Transaction Documents and all the necessary documents for the issue of the Series 0405-2 4 MTN Certificate constitute, and, upon due execution and delivery on behalf of the MTN Issuer, will constitute, general, direct, unsecured, unconditional, unsubordinated and (save in respect of the Series 0405-2 4 MTN Certificate) unsecured obligations of the MTN Issuer which rank and will at all times rank pari passu, without preference or priority, amongst themselves.
