MSV’s Intellectual Property. A. Subject to the licenses granted in Article 30.2.2, all Background and Foreground Intellectual Property made, developed, or created solely by MSV (or by others, other than Contractor or any of its subcontractors, acting on behalf of MSV), and all Intellectual Property Rights therein, shall be the sole and exclusive property of MSV.
