MSV Satellite Program Performance. In the event that the Hybrid Network does not provide the functionality and performance required by MSV, notwithstanding the absence of defects by Contractor in the Deliverable Items and Services, Contractor shall cooperate with MSV to implement, on an accelerated basis, adjustments and modifications to the design and production of the Deliverable Items, as feasible, to achieve the required functionality and performance in the most expeditious and cost-effective manner. The parties shall negotiate a change to the Contract pursuant to Article 15, Changes, for the performance of such activities.
