MSRP. All Supplier products have a suggested retail price (MSRP). Retailer retains the right to charge above the MSRP; however, Retailer may not charge less than the suggested retail price.
MSRP. The MSRP used in determining the contract price for all items will be that MSRP provided for the respective item (SKU/UPC) in the ▇.▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ TBD quarter 2008 catalog, REGARDLESS of the source from which bidder actually procures the respective item. MSRP. RWB and Avicanna shall agree on retail prices and conditions for the Products (“MSRP”) for RWB’s recommendation to Resellers.
