MSLA Clause Samples

An MSLA, or Master Service Level Agreement, is a contractual clause that defines the expected standards of service between a provider and a client. It typically outlines specific performance metrics, such as response times, uptime guarantees, and remedies for service failures, which apply to all services covered under the agreement. By clearly establishing these benchmarks, the MSLA ensures both parties have a mutual understanding of service expectations and provides a framework for accountability and dispute resolution if standards are not met.
