MSA. The provisions of the Master Services Agreement are hereby expressly incorporated by reference into and made a part of this Task Order.
MSA. The term “MSA” has the meaning ascribed to in Section 2.
MSA. BCPSS shall make available in the schools in which the teachers are expected to administer the Mandatory Standardized Assessment (MSA) examination, copies of all current reference books and manuals that are prepared for teachers by MSDE about MSA. BCPSS shall notify teachers in the schools about conferences or training programs organized by MSDE about the MSA in which teachers may participate.
MSA. This MSA sets forth the general terms and conditions upon which --- all Sites, as defined below, shall be leased, subleased, licensed or sublicensed to User. From time to time during the term hereof, User and BellSouth may execute Site Agreements in the form attached hereto as Schedule "I" and by reference made a part hereof. Each Site Agreement shall identify a particular Site made subject to this MSA and more fully set forth specific terms particular to that Site. In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between the terms of this MSA and a Site Agreement, the terms of the Site Agreement shall govern and control for that Site.
MSA. Subject to approval of the MSA Board of Directors and full reimbursement of its costs from Capital Funds provided by the CITY, COUNTY, or MEDCO, the MSA agrees to act as an Owners Representative to provide the following services to the PROJECT on behalf of the CITY, COUNTY, and MEDCO including but not limited to construction administration/management and public financial oversight of the expenses for the Conference Center, On-Site Parking and related work (“OWNERS REPRESENTATIVE”). MSA is granted authority under its statute to design and construct facilities for state agencies and local governments provided that notice is sent to the Maryland General Assembly’s Budget Committees for a 30-day review and comment period. MSA shall provide no funds to the PROJECT. MSA shall be publicly recognized for its role in the management of the PROJECT design and construction in a form approved by MSA. MSA or Maryland Legislature may request that MEDCO assume some or all of MSA’s responsibilities. The PARTIES agree that it is beneficial to the PROJECT to avoid duplicative service fees and use services from the most cost effective providers during the development process and furthermore agree to jointly determine and utilize the most cost effective solutions for the PROJECT. MSA shall also: Designate a Project Manager Review design and construction contract(s) and provide comments Provide status reports for the PROJECT Review and approve payments to the PROJECT Review and provide comments on the schedule
MSA. The term “
MSA. With respect to any Advance except for the initial Advance, no Property shall be from any MSA that has experienced a five percent (5%) decline in housing prices, measured at any time prior to the Commitment Termination Date, over either the previous calendar quarter or the previous calendar year according to quarterly MSA monitoring performed by S&P CoreLogic Case-Shiller Home Price indices.
MSA. This MSA sets forth the general terms and conditions upon which all Sites (as defined below) shall be leased to Bright PCS. SBA and Bright PCS shall execute SLAs in the form attached hereto as Attachment "A" for each BTS Site in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 2.7(b) of the BTS Agreement as such Sites are identified from time to time. Each SLA shall identify a particular Site, made subject to this MSA. In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between the terms of this MSA and a SLA, the terms of the SLA shall govern and control for that Site.
MSA. The term of this MSA shall commence on the Master Renewal Date and continue until the end of the Master Term, unless this MSA is otherwise extended or renewed pursuant to this Article 2 or terminated earlier pursuant to Article 27 (the “Master Term”). The MSA shall automatically renew for successive one (1) year terms unless either party provides notice not to renew pursuant to Section 27.04.
MSA. This MSA sets forth the general terms and conditions upon which all Sites shall be leased to Horizon. SBA and Horizon shall execute SLAs in the form attached hereto as Attachment "A" for each Site conveyed by Horizon to SBA and by reference made a part hereof at the closing anticipated by the APA with respect to the Conveyed Sites. SBA and Horizon shall also execute an SLA for each BTS Site in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 2.7(b) of the BTS Agreement as such Sites arc identified from time to time. Each SLA shall identify a particular Site, as that term is defined below, made subject to this MSA. In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between the terms of this MSA and a SLA, the terms of the SLA shall govern and control for that Site.
