MPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAMME. The employee assistance programme focuses on the psychological and emotional support of employees, in so far as to minimise psychological hazards. CLAUSE 15 I5.1 Recognition by Council of AsU Workplace Representative Role Upon written advice from the Union Branch secretary that one or more members have been appointed as AsU Workplace Representatives, the Council shall recognise such person or persons as being accredited by the Union for the following purposes: Discussion with other Union members of any matter pertaining to the work they perform of work related issues; Discussion with duly accredited full-time officers of the Union on matters referred to above; Receiving of instructions from the Union regarding performance of Union duties.
