MPF Program Materials. The MPF Provider may revise the form of the PFI Agreements, the Guides or any other MPF Program document at any time, provided that, when appropriate, the effective date of changes to the Guides shall be delayed to allow for the distribution of such changes to all MPF Banks’ participating members. The MPF Provider shall send revisions to the Guides to the Pittsburgh Bank in advance of sending them directly to the Pittsburgh Bank’s PFIs.
