Common use of Mowing and Tree Work Clause in Contracts

Mowing and Tree Work. The Town will, at the Town’s expense and using the Town’s own personnel or a contractor retained by the Town, provide regular mowing of the grassy areas of the Leased Premises. The Town will, at the Town’s expense, remove from the Leased Premises all dead, fallen and dangerous trees and tree limbs. The Town will, at the Town’s expense, keep the Leased Premises free from poisonous plants, such as poison ivy, and invasive plant species of which the Town has notice, provided that it shall be FOAF’s responsibility to monitor the Leased Premises for poisonous and invasive plants and notify the Town of their presence.
