Moving Services. Tenant assumes all responsibility for the moving of items done by [ORGANIZATION NAME] hired vendors. Tenant Agrees to inform your case manager/youth advocate of the amount of belongings you will be moving (esp. large items like dressers, entertainment centers, wine racks, armoires, curio cabinets, china cabinets, buffets, big screen TVS, chest of drawers, etc.) before the move, and securely pack their contents in separate boxes. Tenant also agrees to pack ALL items to be moved securely in boxes or appropriate containers and have any disassembling or reassembling of items done prior to the move. If your belongings are not packed you will NOT move in and your move will be rescheduled. In the event any item to be moved cannot be moved safely from the area where the item is located or to an area where the item is to be moved or relocated and you wish to have the item moved anyway [ORGANIZATION NAME] and / or Moving Service will not be liable for any damages to the item or to the walls, floors, stairs, railings, ceilings, or other structures

This Contract 55FY22 – Xxxxxx Van Lines is made and entered into this 1st day of July , 2022 , the date the Agreement is fully executed by the Procurement Director/Procurement Agent, by and between Arlington County School Board, operating as Arlington Public Schools (“APS” or “Owner”) and Xxxxxx Van Lines, Inc. In consideration of the mutual stipulations, agreements and covenants contained herein, the parties herby agree as follows:

Moving Services. The Contractor shall provide the labor, vehicles and material to perform moving and trucking services specified in the NRC Work Order. The Contractor shall remove, load, transport, unload-and set in place furniture and other equipment or material within or between NRC buildings or from NRC buildings to the GSA warehouse, the NRC warehouse, or to other locations within the Metropolitan area. The Contractor shall cooperate with the Project Officer to ensure that the move is properly coordinated and achieved with minimal disruption to normal NRC operations and other move related activities. For each work order, the Contractor shall designate a working xxxxxxx who shall be responsible for supervising the contractor personnel and for on-site communication with the Project Officer concerning work performance. Moving Services. The moving company shall move boxes from the temporary Fire Station #10 to the permanent location. Arlington County staff shall be present during the move.
Moving Services. FCMS will provide the moving services as listed on the Scope of Work attached to this Agreement as Exhibit A as may be replaced and supplemented from time to time by agreement of the parties (the “Services”). If additions or deletions are made to the Services during the term of this Agreement, FCMS and Client shall memorialize such changes on an amended Exhibit A, and both parties shall forthwith sign and date such revised Exhibit A and then attach it to this Agreement. If FCMS is also storing items for Client, Client and FCMS will enter into a separate Commercial Storage Agreement.
