Moves and Changes. Moving or changing (i.e., upgrading or downgrading) an existing Service is deemed to be a Termination for Convenience of that Service by Customer. Customer is responsible for terminating the existing Service affected by the move or change. Customer may arrange with ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ (in writing) to coordinate the move or change.
Moves and Changes. If Activ agrees to install or service or repair any goods at a place where the Customer specifies (“the Area”), the following will apply (unless obviously irrelevant):
Moves and Changes. Customer must notify SMS of any supported FRU which Customer has moved to a new location within thirty (30) days of such relocation. Please be aware that SMS can only provide best effort services for the first (30) days after receipt of Customer’s notification. SMS will also need Customer to notify SMS of any modification including upgrades or changes to FRUs within thirty days to ensure accurate sparing.

In the event of any change to the Customer’s service location or any relocation of a UNI is required by Customer or any third party, or in the event that Customer desires to make any other change to existing service, Customer shall submit an appropriate Service Order therefor in accordance with Paragraph 1.1 of this Master Service Agreement. Upon acceptance by City in accordance with Paragraph 1.2, such Service Order shall be deemed an amendment to the Service Agreement that corresponds to the service to which the change relates.
