Move Out Date Sample Clauses

Move Out Date. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to vacate the Premises no later than (date) at (time) (“Move Out Date”). On or before the Move Out Date, Tenant shall comply with all duties set forth in the “Tenant’s Duties Upon Termination” paragraph of the Rental Contract, including, but not limited to, the duty to remove all Tenant’s personal property from the Premises and to return all keys and other means of access to the Premises and any amenities. If required by the Rental Contract, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ also agrees to have the Premises professionally cleaned on or before the Move Out Date.

Move Out Date. The Occupant has agreed to vacate the Property on or before . The occupant agrees not to sublet or assign their tenancy interest in the premises at any time through expiration of their existing tenancy and acknowledges that any attempted subletting or assignment is void.

Move Out Date. The date the Tenant moves out is determined by when the Tenant has moved all of their possessions from the residence and has returned all of the keys to the Landlord. This shall not be later than noon on the end date specified on Schedule A. Landlord will provide to Tenant, prior to Lease End date, written instructions of where to return the keys.
