MOTORCYCLE LICENSES. Upon application to and approval by the Police Chief or his designee, bargaining unit members will be allowed to acquire motorcycle licenses on paid duty time, and the City will pay the licensing fees involved. For any officer choosing to receive the benefits of this provision, the City reserves the right, at its expense, to require the officer to receive motorcycle training of the City’s choosing.
