More Than Two Weeks Clause Samples
The "More Than Two Weeks" clause establishes a specific threshold of time—typically more than fourteen days—that triggers certain rights, obligations, or consequences under the agreement. For example, this clause might stipulate that if a party fails to perform a required action for more than two weeks, the other party may have the right to terminate the contract or seek remedies. By clearly defining what constitutes a significant delay or period, the clause helps prevent ambiguity and ensures both parties understand the consequences of extended inaction or nonperformance.
