More than One Recomputation. The parties recognize that a recomputation under Sections 4.1, 4.2 or 4.3 of the amounts of the payments required under Article III for any taxable year will not necessarily be the final determination of the amounts of such payments for such year, and the amounts of such payments may be recomputed more than once.
