Common use of Moratorium Clause in Contracts

Moratorium. To the extent permitted by law, the application to this Lease or to any party of any Law or any Requirement or any moratorium having the effect of extending or reducing the Term, reducing or postponing the payment of Rent or any part of it or otherwise affecting the operation of the terms of this Lease or its application to any party is excluded and negatived. The covenants, powers and provisions implied in leases by virtue of the Transfer of Land Act 1958 are expressly negatived.
