Common use of Monthly Term Clause in Contracts

Monthly Term. Service is offered on a monthly basis for a term that begins on the date that Client’s Service is activated and ends on the last day of the first full calendar month after such activation date. The term of this Agreement shall automatically renew for an unlimited number of successive monthly periods thereafter, unless Client delivers written notice of non- renewal at least thirty (30) days before the end of the then-current monthly term. Client is purchasing the Service for full monthly terms, meaning that if Client attempts to disconnect Service prior to the end of a monthly term, Client will be responsible for the full month's charges to the end of such monthly term, including, without limitation, unbilled charges, plus a disconnection fee, if applicable, all of which will immediately become due and payable.
