Common use of Monthly Term Clause in Contracts

Monthly Term. coverage begins on the Effective Date and continues each new month as long as Your monthly Service Agreement fee is paid on time. NOTICE: Your monthly Agreement fee is subject to change. In the event of change, You will receive written notice at Your current address in Our file (email or physical address as necessary) at least thirty (30) days prior to implementation. You then have the option to either: (a) pay the new monthly amount when due and have coverage continue; or (b) cancel Your coverage by notifying us as outlined in the “XIV. CANCELLATION…” provision of this Agreement.
