Monthly Subscriptions. For monthly subscriptions, all Service Fees will be invoiced monthly in arrears (“Monthly Fees”) and JumpCloud will charge full Monthly Fees for every full or partial month that the Service is used, based on the High-Water Marks for such months.
Monthly Subscriptions. Monthly Subscriptions described in Sections 1.6.1 and 1.6.2 below shall be governed by the Agreement and this Addendum.

If You are a CloudLinux Customer, You can cancel monthly subscriptions in Your CloudLinux account using instructions from the CloudLinux Support Portal or by submitting a request to the Billing Department and indicating the reason for the cancellation of service(s). If the cancellation request is submitted within 72 hours after the new billing cycle started and the renewal invoice is not paid, CloudLinux will cancel the outstanding invoice upon Your written request. Cancellation requests submitted after the above specified deadline will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

Monthly Subscriptions. The Fixed Fees shall be paid at the beginning of each month during the Subscription Term in accordance with Your Subscription Level, as well as any Additional Usage Fees for the preceding month (to the extent applicable).
Monthly Subscriptions. For monthly subscriptions, this Agreement commences on the date Users first access the Subscription (the “Effective Date”). The Initial Term will be from the Effective Date for the period of one (1) calendar month. Unless either party provides written notice of non-renewal to the other party ten (10) days prior to expiration of the Initial Term, upon the expiration of the Initial Term any Order Form in effect under this Agreement will automatically renew for successive renewal terms of one calendar month.
Monthly Subscriptions i. For Subscriptions billed monthly, you will be charged monthly in advance based on the quantity of each Subscription that you purchase.
ii. The monthly renewal date for your Software subscription will be the 15th of every month (“Monthly Renewal Date”).
iii. Your initial purchase will be prorated to the next Monthly Renewal Date (the following 15th of the month) and the prorated amount will be charged immediately.
iv. Subsequent Subscription purchases will be prorated to and charged on the next Monthly Renewal Date.
v. Your Subscription will automatically renew and you will be charged every month on the Monthly Renewal Date until you cancel.
vi. Items removed from your Subscription prior to the Monthly Renewal Date will not be included in the next monthly renewal.
vii. You may request cancellation of your entire monthly Subscription at any time. Cancellation must be requested prior to the Monthly Renewal Date to avoid the next Subscription renewal charge.
Monthly Subscriptions. The Subscription Initial Term for a Monthly Subscription is one (1) month beginning on the date the Subscription is provisioned and expiring a the end of the Billing Cycle. By default, each Subscription Renewal Term for a Monthly Subscription is one (1) month beginning on the date the Subscription Initial Term or each subsequent Subscription Renewal Term thereafter ends, as the case may be. To prevent the automatic renewal of a Monthly Subscription, You shall notify Sherweb of Your intent not to renew the Subscription at least thirty (30) days prior to the end of the Subscription Term.
Monthly Subscriptions. 2.1 The consideration for this Agreement shall be the sum of [ ]. This sum shall be payable [quarterly/monthly/yearly] in advance.
2.2 AfriConnect’s monthly subscription is based on a calendar month (ie. 1st – end of month). All clients are required to be on this billing cycle.
2.3 Monthly Subscriptions will be invoiced to Users on the 15th of every month and Tax invoices will be sent to the account holder (email address provided on client application form – this can be changed on request). These invoices will be for the following month’s subscription as all AfriConnect’s iConnect services run on a pre-paid basis.
2.4 Payments on this invoice are due by the last working day of the month. AfriConnect’s automated billing system will disconnect the service and disable or remove the Equipment if this payment deadline is not met.
Monthly Subscriptions. Customer shall pay the Fees for Monthly Subscriptions as set forth in the Order Form. The Fees shall be paid at the end of each calendar month during the Subscription Term by charging the credit card Customer provided to JFrog.
