Monthly Subscriptions. For monthly subscriptions, all Service Fees will be invoiced monthly in arrears (“Monthly Fees”) and JumpCloud will charge full Monthly Fees for every full or partial month that the Service is used, based on the High-Water Marks for such months.
Monthly Subscriptions. If You are a CloudLinux Customer, You can cancel monthly subscriptions in Your CloudLinux account using instructions from the CloudLinux Support Portal or by submitting a request to the Billing Department and indicating the reason for the cancellation of service(s). Unless canceled, the licenses remain active and must be paid for regardless if they are in use or not. If the cancellation request is submitted within 72 hours after the new billing cycle started and the renewal invoice is not paid, CloudLinux will cancel the outstanding invoice upon Your written request. Cancellation requests submitted after the above specified deadline will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle. Yearly Subscriptions. If yearly subscriptions are canceled prior to the last calendar month of the subscription term, CloudLinux will cancel the subscription and issue a partial refund for unused calendar months, excluding the current month during which the subscription is canceled.
Monthly Subscriptions. For monthly subscriptions, this Agreement commences on the date Users first access the Subscription Services (the “Effective Date”). The Initial Term will be from the Effective Date for the period of one (1) calendar month. Unless either party provides written notice of non-renewal to the other party ten (10) days prior to expiration of the Initial Term, upon the expiration of the Initial Term any Order Form in effect under this Agreement will automatically renew for successive renewal terms of one calendar month (the Initial Term and any renewable terms, the “Term”).
Monthly Subscriptions. The Fixed Fees shall be paid at the end of each month during the Subscription Term in accordance with Your Subscription Level, as well as any Additional Usage Fees for the preceding month (to the extent applicable).
Monthly Subscriptions. If You terminate a Monthly Subscription prior to the end of the then current Subscription Term, the monthly invoice shall represent the value of the Services rendered up to the effective date of termination.
Monthly Subscriptions. Subject to restrictions under applicable law, if any, Subscriber shall be responsible for the full monthly charge (without pro-ration) for any Service offered on a monthly subscription basis to which the Subscriber has subscribed, regardless of Subscriber's termination of such monthly Service prior to the conclusion of the current monthly subscription service period. Unless Subscriber cancels Service on or before the last day of the current monthly subscription service period, Subscriber will be charged in full for Service the next monthly subscription service period. The monthly subscription service period can be found in Subscriber’s billing statement.
Monthly Subscriptions. With respect to those Distributor Subscribers who pay for a monthly subscription to the Audio Information or the Text Information, (1) $2.00 each month for each level of service, where the Audio Information and Text Information are sold as separate levels of service and (2) $3.00 each month if the Audio Information and the Text Information are bundled together.
Monthly Subscriptions. Other Purchased Services such as ISP, WAN, on‐line backup, and VMs are purchased on a monthly subscription basis.

To prevent the automatic renewal of a Monthly Subscription, You shall notify Sherweb of Your intent not to renew the Subscription at least thirty (30) days prior to the end of the Subscription Term.
