Monthly Statement. Contractor shall submit to the Authority not later than the fifteen (15th) day of each calendar month during the period of this Contract, or at such other intervals as specified herein, a certified statement setting forth the Contractor’s Gross Receipts for the preceding calendar month. Said statement shall be in the format specified by the Authority, shall include all information required by the Authority and be certified as complete by the Contractor’s principal financial officer.
