Monthly Spending Reports. From the date of execution of this Agreement until the Completion Date, in order to enable the City to assist Owner in meeting its goal for construction spending with Fort Worth Certified M/WBE Companies, Owner will provide the City with a monthly report in a form reasonably acceptable to the City that specifically outlines the then-current aggregate Construction Costs expended by and on behalf of Owner with Fort Worth Certified M/WBE Companies for construction of the Required Improvements and other improvements constructed on the Land. Owner agrees to meet with the City’s M/WBE Office and Minority and Women Business Enterprise Advisory Committee as reasonably necessary for assistance in implementing such plan and to address any concerns that the City may have with such plan.
Monthly Spending Reports. From the date of execution of this Agreement until the Completion Date, in order to enable the City to assist Target in meeting its goal for construction spending with Fort Worth Certified M/WBE Companies, Target will provide the City with a monthly report in a form reasonably acceptable to the City that specifically outlines the then-current aggregate Construction Costs expended by and on behalf of Target with Fort Worth Certified M/WBE Companies for construction of the Required Improvements. The filing of such reports pursuant to Section 3.3.2 of the Tax Abatement Agreement shall satisfy this requirement. Target agrees to meet with the City’s M/WBE Office and Minority and Women Business Enterprise Advisory Committee as reasonably necessary for assistance in implementing such plan and to address any concerns that the City may have with such plan.
