Monthly Series. 1997-1 Certificateholders' ------------------------------------------ Statement. ---------
(a) On or before each Distribution Date, the Trustee shall forward to each Series 1997-1 Certificateholder, each Rating Agency and the Collateral Interest Holder a statement substantially in the form of Exhibit C to this Series Supplement prepared by the Servicer, delivered to the Trustee and setting forth, among other things, the following information (which, in the case of subclauses (i) and (ii) below, shall be stated on the basis of an original principal amount of $1,000 per Certificate and, in the case of subclauses (viii) and (ix) shall be stated on an aggregate basis and on the basis of an original principal amount of $1,000 per Certificate, as applicable):
(i) the amount of the current distribution allocable to Class A Monthly Principal, Class B Monthly Principal and Collateral Monthly Principal, respectively;
(ii) the amount of the current distribution allocable to Class A Monthly Interest, Class A Deficiency Amounts, Class A Additional Interest, Class B Monthly Interest, Class B Deficiency Amounts, Class B Additional Interest and Collateral Monthly Interest, and any accrued and unpaid Collateral Monthly Interest, respectively;
(iii) the amount of Collections of Principal Receivables processed during the related Monthly Period and allocated in respect of the Class A Certificates, the Class B Certificates and the Collateral Interest, respectively;
(iv) the amount of Collections of Finance Charge Receivables processed during the related Monthly Period and allocated in respect of the Class A Certificates, the Class B Certificates and the Collateral Interest, respectively;
(v) the aggregate amount of Principal Receivables, the Investor Interest, the Adjusted Investor Interest, the Class A Investor Interest, the Class A Adjusted Investor Interest, the Class B Investor Interest, the Collateral Interest, the Floating Investor Percentage, the Class A Floating Allocation, the Class B Floating Allocation, the Collateral Floating Allocation and the Fixed Investor Percentage, Class A Fixed Allocation, the Class B Fixed Allocation and the Collateral Fixed Allocation with respect to the Principal Receivables in the Trust as of the close of business on the Distribution Date preceding such Transfer Date (after giving effect to all of the transactions occurring on such date);
(vi) the aggregate outstanding balance of Accounts which were 30 to 59, 60 to 89, and 90 or more day...
