Monthly Restaurant Reports. Within thirty (30) days after the end of each calendar month (commencing with the calendar month ending as of March 31, 2018), a summary with respect to each restaurant owned or operated by any Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries, in form and detail reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, certified by an Authorized Officer of Parent as fairly presenting in all material respects the profits and/or losses of each restaurant.
