MONTHLY PROGRAMMATIC. 16 1. CONTRACTOR shall submit a monthly programmatic report to ADMINISTRATOR, 17 including information required and on a form approved or provided by ADMINISTRATOR. These 18 monthly programmatic reports should be submitted to ADMINISTRATOR no later than the twentieth 19 (20th) calendar day of the month following the report month. 20 2. CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for including in the monthly programmatic report any 21 problems in implementing the provisions of this Agreement, pertinent facts or interim findings, staff 22 changes, status of license(s) and/or certification(s), changes in population served, and reasons for any 23 changes. Additionally, a statement that the CONTRACTOR is or is not progressing satisfactorily in 24 achieving all the terms of the Agreement shall be included.
