Monthly Operating Reports. As soon as practicable, and in any event within 30 days after the end of each month, Multicare, on behalf of the Borrowers, shall furnish to the Administrative Agent, the Issuer and each Lender, the following operating data for the Borrowers: a census, census mix, total accounts payable and accounts receivable as of the end of such month, and net free cash flow as of the end of such month, all of which shall be in form acceptable to the Administrative Agent.
