Monthly Minimum Fee. To the extent that the sum of the Base Fee plus the aggregate Deposit Fees on each Service Location in any month do not equal or exceed $MIN_FEE, Company will be charged a Monthly Minimum Fee per Service Location that represents the difference between $MIN_FEE and the sum of the Base Fee plus the aggregate Deposit Fees for that month.
