Common use of Monthly Data Clause in Contracts

Monthly Data. The Servicer will provide to the Administrative Agent upon request, but in no event less frequently than three (3) Business Days prior to each Payment Date, the Monthly Data Tape, a copy of which the Administrative Agent will provide to any Secured Party upon request of such party. Additionally, no more frequently than once every calendar month of the Servicer, at the request of the Administrative Agent and solely to the extent such data is available to the Servicer, the Servicer will provide to the Administrative Agent (which shall provide copies of such data to any Secured Party upon request of such party) a data tape with data regarding the characteristics of the Collateral Receivables, in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent including (i) delinquencies (including a list of Delinquent Collateral Receivables), and (ii) annualized losses on the Servicing Portfolio, presented on a monthly basis.
