The Monthly Construction Reports clause requires the contractor or project manager to provide regular, typically monthly, updates on the progress of construction work. Monthly Construction Reports. Until the Completion Date, within 30 days of the end of the relevant calendar month, the Seller shall procure that the Project Company shall provide to the Purchaser a Monthly Construction Report (together with any additional production information as the Purchaser may reasonably require in writing from time to time) for the calendar month having most recently ended.
