Common use of Monthly Base Fee Clause in Contracts

Monthly Base Fee. A Monthly Base Fee equal to $150,000 shall be payable by GFL to the Servicer in arrears on each Payment Date during the Term of this Agreement; provided, however, that in the event that any Aircraft (other than any Former Aircraft Asset) shall become an Aircraft Asset after the Closing Date other than pursuant to the Asset Purchase Agreement, then the Monthly Base Fee will be increased by an additional amount equal to 0.01% of the Base Value of such additional Aircraft Asset on the date it becomes an Aircraft Asset to reflect the addition of such Aircraft.
