Month Coverage Sample Clauses
The "Month Coverage" clause defines the specific period, typically measured in months, during which certain obligations, services, or protections under the agreement are in effect. This clause clarifies the start and end dates of coverage, ensuring that both parties understand when responsibilities such as payments, services, or warranties begin and expire. By clearly outlining the duration of coverage, the clause helps prevent disputes over timing and ensures that both parties have aligned expectations regarding the contract's active period.
