We may not cancel this Agreement without providing You with written notice at least fifteen (15) days prior to which occurred after the effective date of cancellation. Such notice shall include this VSC and which substantially and materially increases the service required under this VSC; (e) A material change in the nature or extent of the required service or repair which occurs after the effective date of this VSC and which causes the required service or repair to be substantially and materially increased beyond that contemplated at the time that this VSC was issued or sold. If NESNA cancels this VSC after 60 days of its effective date, then cancellation will not become effective until at least 15 days after the notice of cancellation is mailed to You, and We will not charge You a cancellation fee. If You request cancellation of this VSC after 60 days of its effective date, then We will charge a $25 cancellation fee to cover staff time processing, telephone, postage, mailing, and supplies. However, if the covered vehicle is modified or repaired in an unauthorized or non-manufacturer-recommended manner, We will not automatically suspend all coverage. Rather, this VSC will continue to provide any applicable coverage that is not related to the unauthorized or non- manufacturer-recommended modification or any damages arising therefrom, unless such coverage is otherwise excluded by the terms of this VSC.” Under Section 5 What Is Not Covered, replace 5.20 “The subject of a ‘salvage’, ‘voided’, or ‘rescinded’ factory warranty or title under any state’s law” with “This VSC will not be initially issued to any vehicle whose original warranty has ever been voided by the manufacturer. However, if this VSC has already been issued and the reason for cancellationmanufacturer’s warranty becomes void during the term of this VSC, We will not automatically suspend all coverage. A ten percent (We will not provide any coverage that would have otherwise been provided under the manufacturer’s warranty.
