Common use of Monitoring Setup Clause in Contracts

Monitoring Setup. The successful bidder shall designate dedicated Block & District Coordinators (to be stationed at all block and district headquarters as per the directions of RISL/ User Department) for management of the project during the entire project period for execution, co-ordination and implementation of the project and to provide periodic feedback and reporting to the respective Government authorities as demanded from time to time. Successful bidder/Agency shall take permission from RISL before deployment of Block Coordinators/ District cordinators. It is expected that Block Coordinators/ district coordinators shall visit all the FPS once every quarter and facilitate the use of device and application and understand the challenges faced by FPS owners. Payment shall be done on the actual number of manmonths of Block/District co-ordinators.Selected Bidder shall comply with all State and Central Govt labour laws and RISL shall in no way responsible of contract between the successful bidder and its employees. The detailed roles and responsibilities of the above staff are as under: District Coordinator  To ensure smooth implementation of the project  Monitoring of the performance of Block Coordinator  Infrastructure maintenance to the extent possible  Conduct Monthly Review meets with the block coordinators  OEM management to ensure the machines are having high uptime  To visit FPS on regular basis to check the execution  To get the desired data, reports always on time  To solve/ close all problems by coordinating with block coordinators, OEM, Department and RISL  To schedule block co-ordinator induction and technical trainings  Send reports to stakeholders and participate in the periodical review meetings at Jaipur/ District  Inform RISL about various problems faced by the FPS owners with regards to the application. Block Coordinator  To collect and verify all reports from FPS  Imparting training on application and POS device to the FPS owner  To coordinate maintenance with OEM  To send periodic reports to the DC  To collect sign-off from FPS  To visit FPS in consultation with District Supply Office  Inform RISL about various problems faced by the FPS owners with regards to the application.
