Common use of Monitoring Grant Performance Clause in Contracts

Monitoring Grant Performance. City and the UASI Management Team are both authorized to perform periodic reviews of SAN MATEO’s performance under this Agreement, to ensure that the Grant Plan goals, objectives, performance requirements, timelines, milestone completion, budgets and other criteria are being met. Monitoring may involve on-site visits, inspection of records, and verifications of grant activities. These reviews may include, but are not limited to: (a) Evaluating eligibility of expenditures; (b) Comparing actual grant activities to those approved by the Approval Authority and specified in the Grant Plan; (c) Ensuring that any advances have been deposited in an interest bearing account and disbursed in accordance with applicable guidelines; and
