Monitoring Design. Develop necessary monitoring locations and data collection during the pilot project(s). The PRMS model will be used in combination with monitoring conducted to support evaluation and quantification of pilot project(s) benefits. • Final Report of Data Analysis Conduct outreach to interested parties in the Basin through mechanisms including progress and monitoring goals posted on the Northern California Resource Center’s website.
