Monitoring Costs. In the event that Landlord has a reasonable belief that Tenant is violating the terms and conditions of Section 29(A), then any and all reasonable out-of-pocket costs incurred by Landlord associated with Landlord’s monitoring of Tenant’s compliance with this Section 29, including Landlord’s reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, shall be additional Rent and shall be due and payable to Landlord thirty (30) days after written demand by Landlord.
