MONITORING COMMISSION. The parties agree to the creation of a commission responsible for monitoring the application of this agreement. This commission is composed of 2 delegations: • a UNI delegation composed of 7 UNI representatives, • an employer delegation consisting of an equal number of representatives of the Crédit Agricole S.A. Group. In addition, UNI's representative on the European Works Council shall attend the meetings of the commission. He or she shall have access to the same documents within the same deadlines as the members of the commission. The commission shall meet once a year. The agenda is drawn up by the Human Resources Department of the Crédit Agricole S.A. Group and the UNI representative in accordance with the thematic and geographical priorities of the agreement and particularly regarding respect for fundamental rights and trade union rights. It is sent 30 days before the date of the meeting. accompanied, as far as possible, by the related documents. Members of the UNI delegation benefit from a half-day preparatory meeting for this meeting. The commission will be able to rely on the information received from the various countries regarding the quality of social dialogue, as well as on the monitoring indicators established within the social component of Crédit Agricole S.A’s annual CSR reporting campaigns (some of which are published in the Registration Document). Between these different meetings and in order to maintain the partnership relationship established by this agreement, the parties agree to remain in regular contact in order in particular to deal with any difficulty that may arise from its application. In addition to this annual meeting, the commission may meet on an exceptional basis if circumstances so warrant, in order, in particular, to determine, under the conditions as defined below, any difficulty in the application of this agreement which could not have been resolved both locally and in the context of the relations referred to above. These exceptional meetings may be in the form of a conference call or videoconference.
MONITORING COMMISSION. The doctoral programme body responsible for evaluating the annual development of the doctoral research plan.
MONITORING COMMISSION. 1. For the resolution of any dispute regarding the construction or the implementation of this Agreement it shall be set up a Monitoring Commission comprising two representatives of each of the Parties.
2. The decisions shall be taken by majority and within a maximum period of six months as from the date when the dispute has been raised, unless there is a resolution taken to extend that period.
3. The Commission shall adopt its operating rules.
MONITORING COMMISSION. The monitoring commission for this agreement meets, in principle, once a year. It is led by the ECH. It comprises four representatives per representative trade union at Crédit Agricole
A. Group level. The task of this commission is to ensure compliance with the provisions and commitments of this agreement. It is informed in the event of changes in its scope of application. During its annual session, the commission, in view of the work of the ECH, will analyse the achievement of the objectives from a quantitative, qualitative and financial point of view. Particular attention will be paid to the progress expected and observed in all entities to achieve the 6% employment rate. The annual review must be sent out at least fifteen days before the meeting of the monitoring commission to enable it to carry out sufficient analytical work. These meetings may also be used for discussions or awareness-raising on specific themes led by experts. An annual review of the agreement will be presented to the staff representative bodies of the entities, then submitted to each representative trade union at Crédit Agricole S.A. Group level. This report is also sent to the competent administrative authority for information. A statement of conclusions/decisions will be drawn up by the ECH and sent to the participants of the monitoring commission. An annual monitoring report at Group level is presented by the ECH to the monitoring commission and to the entity RIHs. A review of this 7th agreement will be carried out and sent to the Prefect of the département. In accordance with Article R.5212-17 of the French Labour Code, a final assessment of the agreement shall be sent to the administrative authority that approved the agreement, within two months of the end of this agreement, including: - the annual reviews; - the summary of actions carried out under the agreement, specifying their financing; - the balance of expenses incurred in implementing the programme with regard to the amount of contributions referred to in Article L. 5212-10 of the French Employment Code.

MONITORING COMMISSION. The signatories to this agreement will set up a joint Monitoring Commission, with an equal number of members from each institution. Other people may also be invited to join the Commission, providing an agreement is reached between the two signatory Parties. The Commission will be responsible for resolving any incidents linked to compliance with this agreement or to its interpretation and/or execution during the course of the doctoral thesis.
MONITORING COMMISSION. The signatory parties agree to meet in the context of an annual monitoring committee whose purpose will be to: - Monitor the deployment of this agreement; - Examine the conditions of application of this agreement and any difficulties of inter- pretation; - Propose new developments. This monitoring committee is made up of Management representatives and ten employee representatives, namely two IndustriAll Europe representatives, one European Works Council representative, and seven trade union representatives. Country Human Resources coordinators are invited to attend meetings of the monitoring committee every two years to share local best practices.
MONITORING COMMISSION. To carry out this Protocol a Monitoring Commission shall be created and made up of a representative of the Union of Portuguese Misericórdias, who shall preside, a representative of the Ministry of Solidarity and Social Security, a representative of APIFARMA, a representative of INFARMED,I.P., and a representative of the beneficiary PSSI’s.
