Payments will be pro rated depending on the dates of activation of new equipment installed as part of the hardware agreement.

5.3 It is understood and agreed that from time to time due to unforeseen circumstances, the time spent on line to the specified site (“Time On-line”) may exceed the estimated time on-line, thereby increasing the monitoring costs.
