Monitoring and Recordkeeping. Throughout the Affordability Period, Developer shall comply with all applicable recordkeeping and monitoring requirements of the Act and the HAL and shall annually complete and submit to Authority a Certification of Continuing Program Compliance in a form provided by Authority. Representatives of Authority shall be entitled to enter the Site, upon at least twenty-four (24) hours notice, to monitor compliance with this Agreement, to inspect the records of the Site, and to conduct an independent audit or inspection of such records. Developer agrees to cooperate with Authority in making all of its records for the Project and making the Site and all Housing Units thereon available for inspection or audit. Records shall be made available for review and inspection and/or audit in Orange County, California. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to maintain all records relating to the Project in a businesslike manner, and to maintain such records for the term of this Agreement.
