Common use of Moneys payable to Trustee Clause in Contracts

Moneys payable to Trustee. Subject to this Deed, the Manager and the Trustee shall ensure that any agreements entered into in relation to the Trusts contain a provision to the effect that any moneys belonging to the Trusts under the agreements shall be paid to the Trustee or to an account, or Authorised Investment, in the name of the Trustee in its capacity as trustee of the relevant Trust.
