Money Market Securities. The term Money Market Securities shall be deemed to include, without limitation, debt obligations issued or guaranteed as to principal and interest by the government of the United States or agencies or instrumentalities thereof, commercial paper, certificates of deposit and bankers’ acceptances, repurchase and reverse repurchase agreements with respect to the same and bank time deposits, where the purchase and sale of such securities normally requires settlement in federal funds on the same date as such purchase or sale.
