Common use of Monetary References Clause in Contracts

Monetary References. Except as otherwise specified in this Indenture or the Trust Notes of a Series or a supplemental indenture with respect to a Series, any reference in this Indenture to “Dollars”, “dollars” or the sign “$” shall be deemed to be a reference to lawful money of the United States.
