Common use of Monetary Provisions Clause in Contracts

Monetary Provisions. Should an arbitrator require that an employee be released from his/her assignment, he/she shall be released with pay or benefits paid by the losing party. Each party shall bear all costs of producing their own witnesses, preparation of exhibits and other materials to include the production of a record or transcript of the proceedings unless such record or transcript is desired by both parties. The fee and expenses of the arbitrator and the cost of the hearing room shall be borne by the losing party.
