Common use of Monetary Limit Clause in Contracts

Monetary Limit. This Contract shall have a monetary limit of five-hundred thousand dollars ($500,000). For the period of May 6, 2008 through and including May 5, 2009, Contract Number S1000000298 shall have a monetary limit of six-hundred thousand dollars ($600,000). For the renewal period of May 6, 2009 through and including May 5, 2010, contract number shall be known as S2000000298 and shall have a monetary limit six-hundred thousand dollars ($600,000).
